His 25 years of experience with financings and acquisitions includes global companies such as Reuters, growth companies such as Magnacom, an early player in unified messaging, and venture-backed startups, such as Salsa Systems, a wireless software developer. Mr. Weinstein is a frequent speaker ant industry events; he is a graduate of Tufts University and has attended executive education in conjunction with the Harvard Business School and Insead.
