Steven P. Weinstein
|
Mr. Weinstein works directly with every Marketmaker Capital client to
provide insights, problem solving and creative financial solutions. His
25 years of experience with financings and acquisitions includes global
companies such as Reuters, growth companies such as Magnacom, an early
player in unified messaging, and venture-backed startups, such as Salsa
Systems, a wireless software developer. Mr. Weinstein is a frequent
speaker ant industry events; his is a graduate of Tufts University and
has attended executive education in conjunction with the Harvard
Business School and Insead.

Robert Finney
| Mr. Finney provides Marketmaker clients with a 28-years of corporate banking and financial structuring experience. His insights come from over 100 corporate and investment banking transactions with Marketmaker, Deutsche Bank and as Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. His industry experience includes a wide array of profiles, both corporate and private banking in nature, including loan and commitment structures, acquisition financing, foreign currency transactions, private placements, swaps and derivatives. His is a graduate of The Ohio State University. | ||
Peter M. Johnson
| Mr. Johnson serves Marketmaker clients to build their revenue and customer relationships. He also heads marketing and business development for Marketmaker. Mr. Johnson has 27 years of experience in services, consumer products, technology and on-line marketing, including senior positions at US Interactive, Modern Media/Poppe Tyson and Grey Advertising. Mr. Johnson also teaches Marketing at the Pace University MBA program and is a doctoral candidate in Marketing and International Economics. He is a graduate of Northwestern University with degrees in Economics and MS in Integrated Marketing. | ||
Joey K. Tuttle
| Mr. Tuttle manages technology to enable Marketmaker's customer relations and information management. He has over 30 years of experience in conceiving, implementing and managing technology solutions in fields ranging from quality assurance for hardware and software to communications and networking systems. Mr. Tuttle has held senior positions at IBM, I.P. Sharp Associates, Reuters, and Magnacom. His is a graduate of University of Missouri Science and Technology. | ||
Michael Pozner
| Mr. Pozner is a commercial law attorney and business executive who brings to Marketmaker Capital 18 years of experience negotiating, closing and managing business relationships and strategic partnerships. Mr. Pozner originally practiced law in Canada where he is a member of the Ontario Bar. In the U.S. his experience includes successful retail ventures and a consultancy practice focused on business development for internet, entertainment and media companies. He is a graduate of Osgood Hall at York University. | ||
Anthony L. Barone
|
Mr. Barone works with clients and financial institutions to streamline
the financing and structuring of transactions. He joined Marketmaker
Capital at its inception after 30 years in executive management at
Standard & Poor's Corporation and after working with Mr. Weinstein at
Magnacom. Mr. Barone has managed marketing for Standard & Poor's Equity
Services and has managed in transactions with hundreds of financial
institutions.
