Mr. Tuttle manages technology to enable Marketmaker's customer relations and information management. He has over 30 years of experience in conceiving, implementing and managing technology solutions in fields ranging from quality assurance for hardware and software to communications and networking systems. Mr. Tuttle has held senior positions at IBM, I.P. Sharp Associates, Reuters, and Magnacom. He is a Master of Science Physics graduate of University of Missouri Science and Technology.
